Acceptable Use Policy.

Effective September 7, 2026.

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets the rules of conduct for everyone who uses Agent Matcha, a matchmaking agency operated by 1084 Events LLC. It applies to members, waitlisted registrants, prospective members, and matchmakers who work with our network — across every part of the service, including the intake call, your profile, WhatsApp communications with us, and your conduct toward another member after we introduce you.

This Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Violating it is a violation of those Terms.

Matchmaking only works if people are honest and behave well. That is the whole policy, stated plainly. The rest of this page is the specifics.

2. What Agent Matcha Is — and Is Not

Agent Matcha is a matchmaking and introduction service. A human matchmaker reviews every match before it is sent, and the connection fee described in our Terms pays for an introduction: a mutual exchange of contact information between two consenting adults.

Agent Matcha does not offer, arrange, facilitate, advertise, host, or tolerate:

• escort services, companionship-for-hire, or paid dating of any kind;
• "sugar" arrangements or any relationship in which money, gifts, allowances, or other consideration is offered or expected in exchange for companionship, dating, or intimacy;
• commercial sexual activity, prostitution, or the solicitation of either;
• human trafficking or sex trafficking in any form, including recruiting, harboring, transporting, advertising, or soliciting any person for commercial sexual activity or forced labor;
• creating or operating a profile on behalf of, or under the direction of, another person, or participating in any way in the coercion, control, or exploitation of another person;
• aiding, abetting, encouraging, soliciting, promoting, advertising, arranging, financing, or otherwise facilitating any of the above, or any other abuse or exploitation of another person, whether or not you engage in it yourself and whether or not it occurs through Agent Matcha;
• adult entertainment, pornography, or the sale, distribution, or promotion of sexually explicit content;
• the sale of any goods or services between members.

We are not a hookup app, an adult platform, or a marketplace. Any member who uses Agent Matcha to seek or offer any of the above is permanently removed, forfeits any fees paid, and is reported to the appropriate authorities where the conduct appears to be criminal.

3. Eligibility and Honesty

You must:

• be at least 18 years of age;
• provide accurate and truthful information at intake and throughout your time with us, including your name, age, location, occupation, relationship status, and what you are looking for;
• use recent photographs of yourself, taken within the last two years, in which you are clearly identifiable;
• hold only one active profile at a time.

You must not:

• impersonate another person, use another person's photographs, or create a profile on someone else's behalf without their knowledge and consent;
• misrepresent your age, marital or relationship status, or your intentions;
• create additional or duplicate profiles, or re-register after removal.

4. Conduct Toward Other Members

You must not, at any point before, during, or after an introduction:

• harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or follow another member;
• continue contacting someone who has asked you to stop, or contact them through another channel after they have disengaged;
• send unsolicited sexually explicit messages, images, or video;
• use slurs or engage in abuse or degrading treatment based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic;
• pressure, coerce, or attempt to coerce anyone into any sexual, financial, or personal act, or exploit or attempt to exploit another member's vulnerability, immigration status, financial circumstances, or dependence on another person;
• record, photograph, or publish another member without their consent;
• share, publish, or resell another member's contact information, photographs, or profile details with anyone.

The same standard applies to your conduct toward Agent Matcha staff and matchmakers.

5. Photographs and Content

Profile photographs are subject to review, and we remove any image that violates this Policy whenever we identify it, whether through our own review or a member report. We reject and remove:

• nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content, and lingerie or swimwear content presented sexually;
• any image containing a minor in a sexualized context, which we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement;
• images of violence, weapons used threateningly, or hate symbols;
• images that are not of you, that are stock or AI-generated likenesses, or that you do not have the right to use.

6. Money, Fraud, and Commercial Use

Romance fraud is the most common serious harm in this industry, and we treat it accordingly.

You must not:

• ask another member for money, gifts, cryptocurrency, gift cards, loans, banking details, or financial assistance of any kind;
• promote an investment, trading scheme, cryptocurrency, multi-level marketing opportunity, business, or fundraiser to another member;
• use the service to recruit, sell, advertise, or generate leads;
• attempt to circumvent the connection fee by soliciting a member's contact details before mutual confirmation, or by asking a matchmaker to pass details along outside the process;
• make fraudulent payments, use a payment method you are not authorized to use, or file a card dispute without first contacting us as described in our Terms.

Agent Matcha will never ask you to send money to another member, and no member should ever ask you. If someone you were introduced to asks you for money, stop and report it to hello@agentmatcha.ai immediately.

7. Service Integrity

You must not:

• scrape, harvest, copy, or index our members, profiles, matching methodology, or site content;
• use bots, automated tools, or any manual process to collect data from the service;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to reverse engineer our matching engine;
• misuse the intake line, including repeated abandoned or abusive calls.

8. Safety Expectations

You are meeting a stranger. We recommend that you:

• meet in a public place for a first meeting;
• arrange your own transportation to and from the meeting;
• tell a friend or family member where you are going and when you expect to be back;
• keep personal financial information private;
• trust your instincts and end any interaction that makes you uncomfortable.

Agent Matcha does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on members unless we tell you otherwise in writing.

9. Reporting a Violation

Report any violation of this Policy to hello@agentmatcha.ai with the date, the member involved, and any screenshots you have. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours.

If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

If you believe someone is being trafficked, coerced, or held against their will — whether or not they are a member — contact local emergency services, or the National Human Trafficking Hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (text 233733). We escalate suspected trafficking immediately rather than through our ordinary review timelines, and we report it to law enforcement.

Reports made in good faith never count against you, and we do not disclose the identity of a reporting member to the member reported without your permission, except where required by law.

10. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• issue a warning;
• remove or require replacement of a photograph or profile detail;
• pause your profile pending review;
• suspend or permanently remove your profile;
• withhold future matches;
• report the conduct to law enforcement or to the relevant platform.

We may act without prior notice where a member's safety is at risk. A member removed for a violation is not entitled to a refund of fees already paid. Where you paid a connection fee to connect with a member who materially violated this Policy, you may be eligible for a refund under the Credits, Refunds, and Billing Disputes section of our Terms & Conditions.

If you believe a removal was made in error, you may appeal once by emailing hello@agentmatcha.ai within 14 days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new Effective Date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
