Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how 1084 Events LLC, operating as Agent Matcha ("we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about members and prospective members, wherever they are located.

2. Information We Collect

Identity and contact information: name, phone number, email, date of birth, city.
Profile information you provide: lifestyle, faith/cultural background, relationship history and goals, partner preferences, and photos.
Sensitive relationship and psychological information inferred from your intake call, including attachment style, conflict patterns, love language, growth mindset indicators, and similar compatibility markers ("Sensitive Profile Data"). Sensitive Profile Data is never shown to other members and is used only internally for matching.
Call recordings of your intake call, retained for profile-building and quality purposes.
Communications and usage data from your interactions with Agent Matcha over WhatsApp, SMS, or phone.

3. How We Use Your Information

To build and maintain your profile.
To generate potential matches, and to support a human matchmaker's review and approval of each match before it is sent.
To communicate with you, including sending your match and related messages when one is found.
To improve our matching engine using aggregated outcome data.
To maintain safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

4. AI-Assisted Matching

We use artificial intelligence to help analyze information from your intake call, including your relationship history and communication patterns, and to determine compatibility between members. A human matchmaker reviews and approves every match before it is sent to you — no match is sent based on AI scoring alone. You may request more information about how a specific match was generated by contacting us at hello@agentmatcha.ai.

5. Sensitive Data — Separate Consent

Because Sensitive Profile Data is more sensitive than standard contact or demographic information, we ask for your separate, explicit consent to collect and use it, distinct from your general acceptance of these policies. You may withdraw this consent at any time, which may limit or end our ability to match you.

6. How We Share Your Information

With human matchmakers in our network, for the purpose of reviewing and approving matches.
With another member, but only your name, photos, and profile information as presented in a match — and your direct contact information (WhatsApp number) only after you and that member have each separately and affirmatively consented to connect.
With independent matchmakers outside our network, at their request, when they are seeking match options for their own client. If a member we present is selected and goes on a date with that client, we may receive a referral fee from the other matchmaker. Under California law, this arrangement is considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
With service providers who help us operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting, messaging, payment processing), under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
When required by law, or to protect the safety of our members or the public.

Agreement to all of the data sharing described in this section, including sharing with independent matchmakers outside our network as described above, is required to use Agent Matcha. We do not offer a version of the service without this sharing.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your profile exists, and we continue to retain it after you cancel or become inactive, until you request deletion. Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize your information within 45 days, except for information we are legally required to continue holding, such as payment records, which we retain for 7 years for tax and financial recordkeeping purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. We will honor valid requests consistent with applicable law, including:

California residents: rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
EU/UK residents: rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
Quebec residents: rights under Quebec's Law 25, including access, rectification, and the right to be informed about automated decision-making.
Israel residents: rights under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Age Requirement

Agent Matcha is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have done so, we will delete that information.

12. Call Recording Disclosure

Your intake call is recorded, with your consent obtained at the start of the call, for the purpose of building your profile.

13. Your Communications Choices

You can opt out of WhatsApp or SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. We will stop messaging you and mark your profile inactive within 24 hours.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new Effective Date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this page regularly to stay informed about how we protect your data.
