Law Enforcement Guidelines.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Agent Matcha is a trade name of 1084 Events LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

Send requests to hello@agentmatcha.ai with "Law Enforcement Request" in the subject line. Formal service of process should be directed to the address above; we do not accept service by email, though we will review and act on a request received that way. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days, and handle emergency requests ahead of that.

2. What we hold, and what we do not

Agent Matcha is a matchmaking agency. Members register by calling our intake line and completing a registration form; there is no member login, no feed, and no profile browsing.

We do not hold communications between members. Once two members each consent to an introduction, we give each of them the other's phone number. Any conversation that follows takes place directly between those two people, on their own devices and through their own carriers. We have no copy of it, no metadata about it, and no ability to recover it. We also do not collect device identifiers, IP-based location history, or GPS data, and we do not hold card numbers — card payments are handled by a third-party processor.

Depending on the member and the timeframe, we may hold:

• Registration information — name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and city, state and country as provided by the member
• A recorded intake call — every applicant completes a recorded intake call, with consent obtained at the start
• Profile content — the photograph and free-text information the member submitted, and the social media handles they provided
• Introduction records — which members were presented to each other, on what dates, and whether each confirmed or declined. A member is shown another member's profile and photograph, but never their contact details, unless both confirm
• Transaction records — the date, amount and status of any connection fee
• Correspondence — messages between the member and Agent Matcha

3. Legal process we require

Absent an emergency or the member's own consent, we disclose records only on valid legal process issued by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction.

• Subpoena — basic registration information and account status
• Court order — the above, plus non-content records such as introduction and transaction records
• Search warrant — content, including the recorded intake call, photographs, free-text profile information, and correspondence with us

We will object to, or seek to narrow, requests that are overbroad, vague, or legally deficient. Nothing here waives any objection or constitutes agreement to provide testimony or a records custodian. We do not charge for responding to requests.

4. What to include

Incomplete requests are the most common cause of delay. Please include:

• the phone number or email address the member registered with — our records are indexed this way, and a name alone is often not enough to identify an account
• the specific records sought, and the relevant date range
• your name, agency, badge or ID number, official email address, telephone number, and a case reference
• whether the matter is subject to a non-disclosure order

5. Emergency requests

Where we believe in good faith that an emergency involving a danger of death or serious physical injury requires disclosure without delay, we may disclose information without legal process.

Mark the subject line "EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST" and state the nature of the emergency, why the information is needed to prevent it, why delay would be harmful, the person at risk, the member at issue identified by phone number or email address, and a telephone number where you can be reached.

We do not operate a staffed 24-hour line. Emergency requests are prioritized ahead of all others, but if a person is in immediate danger, please also pursue the routes available to you directly.

6. Preservation requests

We will preserve records pending service of legal process. Email hello@agentmatcha.ai identifying the member by phone number or email address, the records sought, and the timeframe, and we will confirm the preservation in writing and hold those records while you obtain process.

Preservation is a hold placed on specific records at your request. It is separate from, and does not limit, our ordinary retention periods, which are longer. A preservation request does not by itself authorize us to disclose anything.

7. Notice to members

We notify a member when their records are requested, so they may seek to protect their rights, unless we are prohibited from doing so by law or court order, or we believe in good faith that notice would create a risk of harm to a person, destruction of evidence, or flight from prosecution. If your request carries a non-disclosure order, please say so clearly in the request.

8. Requests from outside the United States

1084 Events LLC is a United States company and its records are held in the United States. Requests from authorities outside the United States are generally satisfied through a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty request, letters rogatory, or another recognized form of international legal cooperation. We will consider voluntary disclosure in emergencies as described in Section 5, wherever the requesting agency is located.

9. Changes

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. The current version is the one published at this address, identified by the Effective Date above.
